We’re S and S Property Group, LLC, with a reputation of a leading Real Estate Redevelopment Company. S and S Property Group is proud to be local and excited to be part of the area’s renaissance. We aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of it.
Additionally, we re-develop a large number of single family and multi-family properties throughout the area with the intention of revitalizing communities and encouraging home ownership. Our mission is to breathe new life into neighborhoods and increase the standard of living by improving the overall quality of housing for the residents.

S and S Buys Houses
S and S Property Group buys homes! We typically purchase for cash, and we close on the owners timeline. This could be a few days, a couple of weeks, or sometimes even months down the road. We pride ourselves in helping homeowners. Regardless of the situation, tell us your story and we’ll try to help anyway we can.

We sell houses that we own or have contractual interest in. ​

We buy a house with the intent of redeveloping it and then selling. In some circumstances, we may sell a home that is in progress. In all cases, our primary interest is to help the person engaged in the transaction.
